BREAKING: SUPREME COURT WILL HEAR PROP 8 AND DOMA
The Supreme Court has just announced that it will hear the cases of California’s landmark Proposition 8, which bans marriage equality in the state, and the Defense of Marriage Act, which bans federal recognition of marriage equality.
